General Merchandise Liquidation Pallets

General merchandise pallets offer a way to buy across multiple product types in one lot. They can suit retailers and resellers with several selling channels and enough space to inspect and sort varied inventory.

Variety Starts with the Lot Description

A mixed pallet may contain household merchandise, small appliances, toys, tools or electronics when identified in the listing. The exact mix changes by lot. Check quantities, condition notes and actual photographs rather than relying on a generic category label.

Build a Sorting Plan

Separate items by category, condition and selling channel on receipt. Keep space for inspection, cleaning and storage. Merchandise that cannot be sold through one channel may need another route, but do not assume every item has a profitable outlet.

Read Manifests Carefully

If supplied, use a manifest to identify the merchandise and compare realistic resale prices. Confirm whether quantities are guaranteed and whether retail values are indicative. Unmanifested lots carry more uncertainty about contents.

Order Size and Delivery

One pallet and a full truckload require different budgets and handling capacity. Ask for dimensions, weight and receiving requirements before agreeing to delivery. International arrangements must be confirmed for the destination and lot.

Find a More Focused Category

If your business specialises, compare tools, electronics or clothing. A narrower lot can be easier to evaluate when you already understand the market.
